Ubud Explorer : A Travel Business For Your Budget

Ubud Explorer suggested 3 options of payment for your hotel/villa or tour booking. The payment terms and conditions for each hotel/villa are different, depending on their management policies and also the season period (low, high or peak). We will inform you personally, by email, about the payment system of the hotel/villa you have reserved.

The options are:

1. BANK TRANSFER
You can do the payment by bank transfer to our bank account at:
Bank Central Asia: for payment in Indonesian Rupiah (USD converted to IDR) For bank transfer payment, Ubud Explorer will not be responsible for any transfer fees or exchange rates that might cause a difference between the amount you transfer and amount we receive. We will inform you of our bank account details when this payment option has been confirmed.

2. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL
We need your credit card details as a booking guarantee for this option. Your credit card will be debited as deposit policy (commonly 30% deposit will be charged from the total booking based on hotel/villa policy) and when you cancel the reservation (based on hotel/villa cancellation policy).

Most hotels/villas may only need your credit card details by fill out Credit Card Authorization Form. Others will ask you to complete it with a copy of your passport (page 1 & 2) and credit card both sides. And then fax it back with a copy of your passport and credit card together with Credit Card Authorization Form.

by:

a. Credit Card
Most of the hotels in Bali accept Master & Visa cards only. Some hotels also accept Amex, JCB and other major credit cards. Usually there is an additional bank charge of 3.5% on the total amount for payment.

b. Cash
The most popular payments by cash in Bali are in Indonesian Rupiah and US Dollars. If you want to change your money, we suggest you to go to trustworthy & reputable money changers eg. Central Kuta.

N.B.: For US Dollars, most hotels & money changers only accept denominations after year 2000 that are unmarked and in good condition. The standard exchange rate is valid for US$ 100 notes. Denominations of less than that or those in poor condition will reduce the exchange rate.
